Feedback on the drug and health product register
Fill out the feedback form to tell us what was useful to you and what wasn’t. This release of the Drug and Health Product Register (DHPR) allows Canadians to:
- test the system
- comment on searching the system quickly and easily
Users' comments will help us to refine the DHPR. They will be used to drive improvements to the system, including:
- clarity
- ease of use
- usefulness of the data and information
For security and privacy reasons, don’t include any personal information, such as:
- home or business address
- social insurance number (SIN)
- departmentally-assigned case or file numbers
